Completely different skills are required there,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEnzo [Ferrari] always told me that if there is \u2013 I am exaggerating now \u2013 &nbsp;the best driver in Guatemala, get him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe same applies to the technicians. We have to hire the best people to improve performance.
